Matlab and neural netwrok project

The task is to develop an artificial neural network ANN using Matlab, inputs and outputs are available in the attached excel file
The neural network should have the highest regression value possible and lowest mean square error
The outputs from the neural network must be very close to the outputs in the excel sheet
Then new data points will be simulated in the network to study the behaviour of each input
