Make existing React.js App 'Phonegap Build' ready

We have an existing React.js App - recently written. Our intention was to wrap it with 'Phonegap Build' in order to make it usable as an Android and iOS app. When we attempted this we found a few issues which we need resolved:

(We need the app to function fully across 3 platforms: Web-app (browser), Android app (Phonegap) and iOS app (Phonegap).)

a) The HTML5 camera functionality (for taking pictures on the device) does not work in Phonegap Build - we need the camera functionality to be coded to work on Android, iOS and Web-browser.

b) When testing on a mobile device, we found that certain fields were hidden by the pop-up keyboard, we need the app to gracefully handle pop-up keyboard intrusions for all forms.

c) Some of the gradient backgrounds and styling does not work when converted to Phonegap Build.

For this project we need a developer to:

a) Build the current React.js app as an Android and iOS app using 'Phonegap Build'
b) Run through and check between the fully functional React.js web-app and the Android/iOS versions detecting all the issues between them
c) Fix the issues so that the app works fully as a Web-app, Android App and iOS App
d) Supply back to us:
d1) a fully working APK file for testing on Android phone
d2) an apple Test-flight release of the app so that we can check it on iPhone
d3) a hosted example of the React.js version so that we can text it in a web-browser

.. and once fully tested, once we have signed off and paid:

d4) the fixed React.js code
d5) the Phonegap Build config file used for the build process

We will supply, at the start of the project:

a) The current Phonegap Build config file
b) The full React.js source code for the app
