Overview
Nectar HR is a UK outsourced HR consultancy. We need a Make.com specialist to complete an existing automation that pulls live HR job postings from Reed.co.uk, enriches each lead with AI analysis, and emails a formatted daily digest to our team every weekday morning at 7am.
What is already built and working:
Make.com account with an active scenario
Reed.co.uk API connected and tested — successfully returns job data
Microsoft 365 Outlook connected — email successfully delivers to our inbox
Anthropic Claude API available for AI enrichment
The current email just sends a data count. We need it to send properly formatted lead data with AI analysis per company.
What we need you to build:
Call the Reed API for these job titles: HR Manager, HR Consultant, Interim HR, Head of People, HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, TUPE. Filter out recruitment agencies. Deduplicate companies that appear in multiple searches.
For each company, call the Claude API (claude-sonnet-4-20250514) to generate: a one-line buying signal, the most relevant Nectar HR service, a personalised LinkedIn outreach opener, and the likely decision maker job title.
Email the results to two recipients every weekday at 07:00 UK time in this format per company:
Company name and priority (high/medium/low)
Role posted and location
Buying signal
Recommended Nectar HR service
Decision maker title
Outreach opener
Link to Reed job posting
High priority leads at the top. One email per day covering all results.
Credentials provided on award:
Reed API key (Basic Auth, API key as username, blank password)
Make.com login
Anthropic Claude API key
Recipient email addresses
What we do not want:
No dashboards, no web apps, no scraping. Email digest only. Do not reconnect the existing Microsoft 365 Outlook connection.
Budget and timeline:
