General information for the website: We sell houses
Description of every page/module: We currently have a PHP system setup that communicates between our Microsoft SQL Database and our Mailchimp Account.
However we do have errors on this synchronisation which need to be resolved (see screenshot).
We sync many of our Tables / Views to our Contacts Lists in Mailchimp to reduce on the need for manual work to provide this data into Mailchimp.
I need someone to assist in resolving the problem in ensuring our data is properly syncing with Mailchimp through our PHP system.
Description of requirements/features: To resolve a data transfer problem in our php program.

When does data transfer happen? is it scheduled every X hours or its syncing on clicking on button on page.
