Looking for an PHP-Expert with "Levenshtein distance"-knowledge - Need a small tool

Hey folks,

1st list with 20.000 entries: http://prntscr.com/8dkgup
2nd list with 4.000 entries: http://prntscr.com/8dkh2f

Basically I need to add the additional values from list 1 added to the row on list 2 if it matches.
Problem is, there are additional words on list 1 or 2, so there are very few exact matches.

Algorithm which can be used: Levenshtein distance https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Levenshtein_distance

Workaround:
Make a small tool i.e. in PHP with which when you click the first entry from list 2, it shows all matches from list 1 based on your algorithm. Now an data-entry guy can select the correct one if it's available. Otherwise he can skip.

If a match was selected, the additional rows are added to the corresponding product from list 2. (i.e. in a DB).
