Looking for a Website Developer For Font-end & Back-end Job

General information for the website: The site is a Search engine optimization Tools, Which we would like to turn into a SEO submition platform.

Description of every page/module: Hi everyone,

We are looking for a wed developer to work on an existing website which belongs to one of our client. The site already exist but as a SEO tools, where anyone can sign up and use seo tools for free. Client's website: www.seotyz.com.

But My client would like to advance the functionality of the site as follows:

FRONT-END (REDESIGN)

1. Enhance the front-end (design of the site) We will provide you with design screenshots we have already prepared, all screenshot will only be used as a way to show what the client would like the site to look like. Not as PSDs. The site is build in HTML, CSS, & PHP and that's how the changes will be made not psds at all.

2. One of our designer will work directly with you to provide all necessary graphics each time the design need it.

BACK-END)

The Back end will consist of adding some features into the user's account such as:

1. As of right now, the site allows anyone to join, but we would like to have the signups to be separated as pricing plans.
2. The new sign ups will have three plans which you will see on the screenshot we will provide.
a) Starters Plan
b) Plus Plan
c) Enterprise Plan
Each of the plans will have a one month free trial period, the payment will be made via PayPal.

3. We will change the layout of the user account in order to fit it with the new front-end layout.

NEW FEATURES.

As said previously, the site as of right now only have seo tools that user can use for free. But we would like to turn it into a search engine submit ion site. A platform where user will have to add their website pages, and we will submit it to major search engines anytime. features to be added:

1. On-Page-Optimization form:
This form will operate in a way that users should be able to add their websites pages, manually or extract by using a small html code. The form will include the followings.
a) Page title.
b) Description.
c) Keywords.
d) Page image link.
e) Image Alt Text.
f) Website category
g) Page Category.

The info will be submitted to our database. The search engine submit ion will be made by the admin of the site, not the users.

The site will be developed in three stages, but for this project, we will only work on:

1. The front-end design.
2. User account layout design.
3. On-Page-Optimization forms, submission, and extraction.

As soon as you are done with stage one, we will discuss the cost for the stage two, and move on with the job. We will provide you with all content, and we are looking for someone who's willing to work online via skype with our team or one of our designer. We need this stage ready before September 1.
