Description
Experience Level: Entry
I could pull this job off on my own but would take a lot of trial and error and fumbling around on my part. Looking for a pro who can knock out a simple linux script along the lines of the following.
1) Connect to an FTP server and list files.
2) IF *any* file exists, download the first hit.
3) Send the file to printer (lp filename.ext).
4) Create a file called [timestamp].log and record the filename found, that it download ok or failed, and printed or failed.
5) Reconnect to same FTP server and move the same file from its original location to a "completed" folder.
6) Upload the [timestamp].log file.
