Letting Agency website that requires and upload to Wordpress Site

We are a small letting agent that requires some development for our website. We upload our properties to Zoopla and our own wordpress website from our lettings software. The software produces a .BLM file.

I have previously had some development work completed on this however it is no longer working as I would like and require someone to fix the issue/start again and make the process more robust.

From what I understand it is basically taking the .BLM file and writing the values to the wordpress database.

I would like to add a little more functionality to the website but would like to see if this could be done.
