General information for the website: Stock Management
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Rebuild of existing system. Fully mapped and planned. Unable to finish due to being busy on other projects

We have this system built (see attached PDF) but have lost our lead developer. We've had it working locally but are having a few problems getting it to work on the web server 100%, I think it just needs configuring properly but the web server itself takes laravel projects fine. The project is commented and has things such as database migrations, executable through Sublime Text. There are a stack of features to add to the project but we need to get the install working asap.
Here's the project breakdown of requirements:
• Move the app to the correct domain and make sure it's working 100%
• Integrate Bootstrap 3 skin (purchased)
• The project attached is essentially working, we unfortunately lost our developer during the final QA check but I would like the new developer to allow a reasonable amount of time for his/her own debugging
• Add order location and price table, assign to buyer client location (E.g. Mainland UK, Ireland, Europe, Rest of World)
• Add CRUD to orders
• Add simple ticketing system
• Add pagination to all lists
• Add ability to set the route of the image upload to client server (PHP/FTP)
• Add static page generator: wysiwyg via Tincy MCE, image management via http://www.responsivefilemanager.com
• Add 'Projects/Case Studies' section: Multiple image file upload with description, image management as above
• Add 'Testimonials': Simple db table of `name (full)`,`position (in company)`, `company`, `content (full text)`, `status (live/archived)`,`order (position in list)`,`dept_id (which part of the organisation is it referring to)`
• Add news engine: Simple blogging system
The above is what I need to get the project to where it needs to be so we can start using it - but there will quickly be further, ongoing requirements, which we'd be looking to work with the same developer on.
We have examples from other projects of all of the above functionality, so it can be used for referring back to if needed. The purpose of the above is to pull all of our offerings into 1 place, under 1 framework.
