Laravel 7 with CKEditor 5 form

Create a Laravel 7 form with embedded CKEditor 5 form including the CKEditor word count plugin.
With fully working form POST of text area from CKEditor embedded form. No need for controller, I just need the request object from the POST to be a string, I will add my own controller later.
I also need the the CKEditor 5 toolbar options to be configurable in the form, as I plan to remove some of the toolbar items later.
