JQuery powered theme editor

Hi,

We are looking for a talented jQuery programmer to help build a unique jQuery powered theme editor based on our mock up. We need the plugin to be able to manipulate elements on screen in real time so that the user can see the changes they make. We will need all css changes to auto save into a temporary database table for later retrieval.

The new plugin will be used to customize our templates via the in house content management system we use. We need the plugin to be in depth and be able to adjust most page elements, please see below for a full list of elements and current mockup. The theme editor should be built on a sliding panel to allow easy retrieval.

All code that is used in the plugin must be of the creator or links to specific licences proving that we are able to use the code in a content management system.
