Javascript API Setup

Hello,

I need a Javascript expert to guide me through the correct project setup - using node.js and Visual Studio Code - to successfully connect to this API using the code in the attached image.

I have installed node.js and the axios package but have the following error that I cannot diagnose:
Error: Request failed with status code 403

Could you please set up a project to make this call successfully and then explain to me the steps I need to take to make this work?
