Javascipt Traffic Light System Help

The problem in which needs following is as follows:

My code, which is to create a traffic light system (task 3) works, but it does not work in the correct order. This meaning it does not change according to the actual traffic light sequence, which I believe is: green, amber, red, red-amber, and green?

I don't know how to alter the code so that it goes in that sequence for task 3. Please could you help with this?

For task 4, I don't know how to alter my code so that the traffic light system runs through once the button is clicked - it has to be time automated. It doesn't really matter if it is a constant loop but I don't know how to code this to start with. Please could you also help me with this?

I've attached my code which works in the basic traffic light sequence - red, red-amber and green. I've also attached the assignment which has my questions.
