IT Support

I work in a school and we have an Access database that I have developed. It administers the after school clubs in the school. There are about 30 clubs and about 200 pupils that attend different clubs. The database works fine, we have been using it for two years. We now want to give the parents access to this database over the internet so that they can register their children for specific clubs. The parents would only be able to add, edit or delete their own children, but we may want them to be able to see who is attending each club.
I work as a consultant for 4 schools and the school wants this done fairly quicky and I am nort sure that I have the time or the expertise. Can you help
