IT Solution to track deposits

I am looking for a system or programme that will allow me to track deposit requests for a wedding.

So for example when a client books a wedding that costs £10k, I need to be able to input their details including their wedding date in the future together with the full cost of the wedding, and have the system generate four deposit requests and dates these deposits are due.

I would also like the program to also be able to keep track of when deposits are paid and by which method they were paid.

I'm more than happy for the program to be in MS Excel.
