Issue with node

Very small project and likely a quick fix for the right person.

I have a website which has a field in it to capture emails. Once the email is entered (stored on mysql), the user should get a basic seo report, pulled from lighthouse.

We had this working locally prior to adding in the email address capture. Using curl commands, we can get it functioning with expected output, however we are receiving errors on the site and it isnt functioning.

Grateful if someone could take a look - v small budget as suspected a few minutes work.
