Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: Online training - enables users to answer questions whilst authenticated
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of every module: iPhone 4+ app - native interface (e.g. Phone app) - splash screen and 5 nav. tabs

iPhone App:
Compatible with iPhone 4+
To resize output (responsive) to suit anything between iPhone 4 and iPhone 6s Plus
Must use iOS interface, no PhoneGap nor similar

Integration:
JSON web service API integration (all queries run via API)
15 existing API methods from a total of 20 (5 still to be developed)

Interface:
Native iOS interface used for apps such as Phone app - full native optimised iOS development is required
6 main interfaces to consider (small variations may occur):
one splash screen prior to login (no navigation bars)
5 interfaces triggered by bottom tabs (same as Phone app; also have top bar - see wire framing documentation)

Authentication:
Currently the API allows username and password authentication
The App will require social networking authentication using 4 social networks
API development resource will be provided to integrate app social networking integration with API support
Ideally to use a single 3rd party as a plugin for social integration

Requirements:
Software full source code, tested, ready for sign off
Tutorial documentation on how to install development IDE on Mac, load the code, compile the code, upload the code to Apple Store, publish the app
The Tutorial must be user friendly and a semi-technical must be able to follow
Full confidentiality for non-disclosure for during development and 12 months
Full code documentation in form of inline comments or separate documentation
If the development lasts longer than one day, daily source code revisions must be exchanged

    Hello,

    I'm happy to share the wireframe, but I would prefer to do that after I enter an agreement, for confidentiality reasons and because the wireframes themselves were produced as a result of a commercial exchange. I wouldn't want to have them circulated across the Internet without control nor a confidentiality policy between us.

    What I can say is that the following main interfaces and functions are needed. Probably 10% from the information below will be slightly changed. All the content below is returned via API, the App must only request, capture, render and occasionally feed back to the API.

    Login screen
    - User for user registration/login via social networking
    - On correct validation, download user and Product-specific data via API
    - On correct validation, download user data from the social network

    Account
    - View account data
    - Edit account data
    - Log out

    Recent
    - Show recent categories accessed
    - Show recent problems opened
    - Add/remove categories or problems to/from the user’s favourite list

    Favourites
    - Show favourite categories
    - Show favourite problems
    - Add/remove categories or problems to/from the user’s favourite list

    Discover
    - Navigate through categories
    - Open problems and show details about the problems
    - Add categories and problems to the favourite list
    - Attempt to answer problems
    - Request help for problems
    - Submit solutions for problems
    - View similar or related problems
    - Forward the problem to a friend via text/SMS

    Work
    - List opened problems
    - Resume working on previously opened problems

    Hi Bogdan,

    Can you please send the copy of an NDA, so I can sign and send back to you? After signing an NDA if you can send me Wire-frames then it would be helpful to provide you exact time/cost estimation.
    What's your budget for this app development?

    Do you have required API/web-services in place or do we need to develop that too? Please confirm.
    If you are going to provide API then can you send the API documentation as I require to review that too.
