Interactive Home Page with clickable links

General information for the website: Vintage fashion brand
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 1
Description of every page/module: Upgrading current home page with more content and clickable links current website uses PHP and written in bespoke code.
Description of requirements/features: I require interactive home page with positive user experience.
I would like the option to upload more content into the home page:
Campaign picture with clickable links to shop the products shown.
featured products sliders showcasing 6 different products all with clickable links.
2 x Small picture also with clickable links
Blog post feature
CMS and Admin requirements: Easy for me to upload on to and change very frequently. Easy admin functions.
Extra notes: Topshop.com is example of what content i would like on the home page. Doesn't have to be exactly the same layout and I don't want to change my branding/ logo currently used.

Please note: I am not interested in using Shopify
