Installation and guidance needed for a Coupon Management Site

I am currently looking for a talented web developer to research, appraise, install, and maintain an off- the- shelf ‘coupon management site’ for me.

Other projects will be made available to the right people including Daily deal sites, photo download sites, Dating sites, auction sites, bookstores and many more online shops for clients.

Applicants I expect to have a good knowledge of shtml, php, my sql, as well as content management systems (bespoke and off-shelf), blogging software and e-commerce. Facebook and other social marketing experience would also be an advantage as some immediate guidance is required here too.

You should understand the principles of SEO, good web practices and web standards.

NOTE: From feedback received I now understand I have worded this advert incorrectly and what I actually need is someone to install and manage several off the shelf websites including this first project, a coupon management website.
