Install and configure Apache Guacamole on an Amazon AWS EC2 Virtual Server so that a single user can access the server desktop from any remote computer web browser.
Must be secure (install SSL certificate).
I will set up the barebones EC2 server and grant SSH access and the freelancer should take over from there.
