Independent Audit of SharePoint Access Incident

We are seeking an independent firm to conduct a thorough review and audit of a specific incident that occurred within our organization on a certain date.

During this time, a SharePoint folder within our internal network was accessed by multiple individuals—some of whom were identifiable, while others appeared to be anonymous. These individuals accessed and downloaded documents that they were not authorized to view or retrieve.

We are requesting a comprehensive report that details:

* The identities (where possible) of all individuals who accessed the folder.
* The specific documents that were accessed and/or downloaded.
* The timestamps of these activities.
* Any patterns or anomalies that may indicate unauthorized or suspicious behavior.

This report will be used to support a potential legal action, so it is critical that the findings are detailed, accurate, and independently verified.
