Increase Default Products per Page - requires code

I have a wordpress site using the Enfold theme and Woocommerce and I need to change the default number of products to include ALL products. In other words, I don't want any product to show on page 2.

Normally, this is just a simple setting in Woocommerce but it looks like it doesn't work in the Enfold theme. I've already tried a third party plugin and couldn't get it to work (problem with Enfold theme?)

However, there are several online sources saying there is a code snippet you can add to make this change easily.
