Import data from other web application to my application

Hello,
I’d like to make import data from other web application to my application for my customer who have access. Data to import are listing with pagination on the list and are easy to scraping.
I use PHP with Codeigniter version 3, the best option for me is use the same framework.

So, you have to login to the app, next get list and scrape data and return output.

API schema:
- Input: {login, password}
- Output: {id, marker: {name, user_name}, comment: {text, user_name}}
- id is the same in my application.
