Implementation of PHP/MySQL/Javascript dashboard with live data

Description of requirements/features: Please see the attached specification for full details, and please provide a rough estimate. I need someone skilled in php/mysql/javascript/ajax to help me integrate this dashboard. I have an existing design and javascript charts already in place for a dashboard. I need a skilled web developer to work alongside me to make the dashboard live. This will require some changes/additions to the database and connection to the javascript charts.

The data is to be displayed 'per user' so it will need to be enabled and function with user accounts.

I am also looking for someone to help me with an 'admin' backend section, where user accounts can be accessed. I need to be able to search for a user and update their information.
