I want 2 dynamic forms made- i.e. as you write it expands

Description of every page/module: I have a wordpress website. I need two input forms. Both are a number of A4 pages. It is a description of an agency- what it does, it's people, it'c clients etc. I also want a form for consultants- who they are what they do, there experience etc.
The forms need to be dynamic- that is as you write you are not restricted by small boxes etc
