I need webrtc x64 C++ api compiled with visual studio 2015

Description of requirements/functionality: Hi, I am looking for a programmer who is versed in google build tools (GYP) to successfully build webRTC x64 C++ api using visual studio 2015 compiler tools.

webRTC is an open source project, and there are some issues with the build scripts in visual studio 2015 that require attention. I have attempted this myself, and have gotten as far as linking, however am getting several unresolved symbols, and don't know the build tools well enough to fault-find further.

I have included my steps in the attached text file, however I am no expert in GYP so this may not be the best approach. What I need is a library of webRTC that I can link to from an existing vs2015 project, so the library cannot be build with previous versions of the tools.

I need this delivered quickly, so can you please quote a cost and timeframe when bidding.
