In the first phase, the college will focus on developing a system (application), which will hold staffs’ personal information and, produce various reports.
Type of staff in college:
1. Permanent (full-time or part-time)
2. Temporary (full-time or part-time)
List of college’s departments:
1. Academic Departments
2. Human Resource Department
3. Administration Department
4. Finance and Accounting Department
5. Computing and ICT Department
6. Marketing Department
7. Quality Assurances Department
The requirements of college are given below:
1. Capture and store all the current staff’s (full-time or part-time) personal details including qualifications, working department and job starting date.
a. Capturing staff’s personal information, including name, address, date of birth, sex, marital status, contact number, highest qualification and specialized subject, emergency contact name and number, any health problems
2. For those working as a part – time, it is required to record the job termination date (future date).
3. Reports :
a. List of all staffs
b. List of all staffs according to department wise (department selecting option : Radio button)
c. List of Permanent/Temporary (full-time or part-time staff (staff selecting option : Combo Box)
4. Data Entry Form - the following buttons are required :
• Add Record, Save Record, Delete Record, Undo Record, Close Form,
• All the required data validating must be integrated with the system.
5. Main Form : required functions are (Command Button)
a. Staff Record Entry
b. Staff Record Edit / View
c. Reports (New Window with following option)
i. View/Print all Staffs
ii. View/Print Full-Time or Part Time Staff
