I need to update our web based carbon calculator

We run a small programme which helps staff live a more sustainable life outside work. One element of this is a simple carbon footprint calculator - you can take a look at this either in the attached presentation or at our website www.wsppact.com.

This project will take our existing carbon calculator and update it:
i) to make it simpler
ii) to add in some additional questions
iii) to change the input and output approach.

The key elements that this will include are:
I know specifically what I want to do with the calculator, and we'll put this into a detailed specification over the next couple of days.
In terms of the detail, what I have in mind is:
- copying exactly the same calculator that we have now, but accessed off a separate tab on our www.wsppact.com site
- removing the need for people to log on to do a snapshot
- making this a one off, annual snapshot rather than quarterly
- keeping the questionnaire in exactly the same branding but making the questions simpler - removing some, adding in some others. We will provide the questions and also the spreadsheet with the algorithms to calculate the footprint. There might be one additional page of questions coveering things like waste and spend on food etc..
- result presented on screen in similar format to today, with brief feedback depending on the participant's score.
- results stored in a .csv file which we can then access as site administrators

We will provide the detailed wording of the tool, the existing code and designs and the emissions factors that will sit behind the tool. What's required is for this to be coded into a format which is similar to what we have today and which works. The tool is built in php (but we also develop in python now).

The project will start on 27 August, with delivery by 6 September.
