Description of requirements/features: There are a number of requirement. The essential ones include but are not limited to the following:
1. There would be an online learning center, where classes are taken in video and text format. Not downloadable.
2. People would also be able to upload a 2 min video of themselves as part of their profile. Microsoft word copy of their CV will also be uploaded.
3. No access will be given to anyone to download anything from the database aside from the admin from the backend
4. there would be dashboard for the candidates.
5. there would be a push notification page under the dashboard menu, where profiled job ads are shown to candidates.
6. candidates will also be required to show some level of reasoning and proven track record by undergoing tests on the website under some conditions and timeline. Result is shown immediately for the first three levels. the other two levels will be both objective and theoretical questions and will be marked offline by our team.
7. another major requirement will be to verify employers. it means there are two types of employers registered on the site: the verified employers with a tick and the unverified employers.
8. you would be task to host this site on a highly reliable platform
9. you would also be tasked to provide maximum security possible for the site, as there would be a payment gateway on the site; and it must be secured from any form of present or future hacking. a backup plan of the site must also be possible and done monthly.
10. you will also be tasked to create a very beautiful design for all pages
11. the website must be highly responsive and fast

At the end of the development, all access, files, data, templates and codes used in developing the website will be handed over to us. (However a term of service agreement would be signed before the project is commissioned)
