I need someome to build a complex website

I have an idea for a new ecommerce site which is a hybrid of other existing sites. The arena is the property market industry, rental property and maintenance and services.

I need someone that can understand my requirements and understand through my guidance what I am trying to achieve.

I need someone who is capable of delivering the entire package and can provide realistic pricing for the full product, design , hosting, marketing etc.

In my field I have over 20 years of experience and I am aware that no one currently is providing the one stop shop I plan to with my new venture. As this is a foundling project and my expertise is not in IT I need someone who is multi talented, ambitious, creative and willing to come on board. and rise to a challenge. If you are interested I will have to insist a non disclosure doc is signed before we commence communication as I am very concerned with my unique idea being replicated.
