Description of requirements/functionality: I need some python code written using python functions that will do the following:
1. Open a file in txt format
2. Split the file into words
3. Remove all punctuation marks from the split words, and make everything lowercase
4. Make a word count of the total number of words
5. Output all this cleaned up split words into a into a next txt file
6. Output these split words as an array of json objects to a json file
