I need some coding for a questionnaire on Wordpress/Elementor

I have created a questionnaire in Elementor. There are about 10 questions and the respondents have to rate each question out of 10 for how true it is. At the end I want them to click on a Submit button and for a new page to pop up with all the questions on in the order of how high they scored them (ie the one with the highest score at the top and so on). At the moment the Submit button just sends their results to my email which I don't want. Would anyone be able to help me with a bit of code for this Submit button?
