I need php/mysql/Ajax backend on Bootstrap template (provided)

General information for the website: Bootstrap template with php/mysql along with Ajax
Description of every page/module: I do like charisma admin template but any other would be fine, please see link for all templates.

I want you to take that template and do integration in php/mysql.

I want all in php/mysql and fully ajax. You can either use custom framework or Codeigniter/symphony/phpcake.

design is given in the url, choose one free bootstrap template, id like to use Charisma if possible.
Description of requirements/features: What I want to have:
- login process complete (sign up, login, forgot password, validation of account by email or admin)
- 4 types of roles
- super admin
- admin
- assessor
- student
- student can register and fellow their progress, update profile , upload documents, fill forms
- assessors can register, add their profile, communicate (messages or emails) with student and admin, input progress, check progress,
- admin can create user (student or assessor), check progress students, manage everything except superadmin, create project for student/assessor
- superadmin can manage Admin and everything else.

- search ability
- notification jquery message when an action is done, (updated, deleted etc...)
- front end basic (home page, about us, login page OR use Wordpress front end but not using their registration system) make it editable for us for future update (such as easy to add new page services etc)

Extra notes: I DONT WANT A WORDPRESS PLUGIN, you might want use their authentication or built your own, at a stage front end will be on wordpress so the backend can be completely separate to wordpress backend,
