I need my server running plesk with apache to use mod_fastcgi instead of mod_fcgid

General information for the business: We are an e-commerce company and i am trying to optimise for Magento
Description of requirements/functionality: I have a server running Parallels plesk control panel with apache web server. As standard plesk uses mod_fcgid instead of mod_fastcgi with php, i need it to use mod_fastcgi so that i can use an opcode cache like APC
Need somebody expereinced, that has done this before, this is a live server with websites in constant use so need this doing quickly and efficiently. NOT SOMEBODY THAT IS MAKING IT UP AS THEY GO ALONG, i have no time for timewasters.
Specific technologies required: Linux, CentOS, Parralels Plesk, Apache, PHP, FastCGI
