I need modifications to my current website; functionality and design

General information for the website: test marketplace
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 20 - 40 (some with little code)

Extra notes: A few years back I wrote a bit of a website which has never been used (PHP + Ajax). It's a little messy and needs a bit of work at which point i'd like to get a designer on board, then add more functionality.

Thus I'd like to find someone who would be willing to dedicate a bit of time to this.

1) Tidying up the code
2) Adding a password reset page
3) Moving the 'forgotten password' from it simply resetting a password to generating a random link from which the password can be reset
4) improving poorly written/dated functions

There will be more to follow. I have also (just) retrofitted a website template which has had limited success so I'll be looking for someone with good CSS/design skills. If you have/ know of/ work closely with anyone I would also consider this.

I work during the day and so communications will be limited. I will provide whatever access is required (it's a dev site, online, with ssh) but would hope that you can work off your own back and provide me with what has been changed.

Rate may be negotiable depending on estimated time to take.
