I need an HTML / CSS Developer to fix an eBay template

I'm looking for a Developer to re-create / Fix an eBay HTML Template & CSS File that has already been designed but has some errors after loading it into eBay.

It also requires optimisation for SEO.

- Fully mobile responsive
- Change font size, colour & weight so it's consistent across whole template
- Ability to set body text in bold
- Make main gallery image larger in mobile
- Optimise for SEO with heading tags (and other SEO tweaks you can recommend)
- Addition of keywords in meta
- CSS hosted with you
- When the template is loaded into eBay the margins become much larger between images / text in desktop, and mobile mode
- The font (should be 14) reverts to 10 (when in bold, also)
- The features section contains two sets of bullet points - should contain 1 only
- Currently when loaded into Tagbot, it asks for picture URL 1-12, and thumbnail 1-12 - is it possible to enter the picture URLs just once, and have it populate into the thumbnail section, too?

I'm looking for a fixed price with follow up bug fixes etc, to be included in the price. Please send examples of your work along with details on how quickly you expect to complete this work, and accounting for any problems, what's the longest time you can guarantee completion of the work.
