I need an Excel Sheet w/ Macro

I have an excel workbook that I would like to have some functionality added to
Things that need to be done by column:

Column A: needs to be the result of other columns joined with "-". Columns: (Date-Customer Name-Inv #-Check #)

Column B(Deduction_Id: needs to be autoincremented when new rows of data are added 0,1,2,3,4...

Columns C-G: will be filled in manually

Column H(Status): I would like to be a drop-down menu with the following options ("Allison", "RSM", "Office", "Other", "Closed")

Column I(Status Date): When column H is updated, Column I should be updated with todays date

Column J(Status Backup): When Column H(Status) is updated the current status and status date will be appended to this column and anytime status is updated after that it will be appended below (for keeping record of the changes) Formatting will be status;status_date

Column K(Followup Flag): This needs to be a dropdown with options ("Office", "Customer", "Research")

Column L(Followup Date): A simple way to add a number of days to the current date, this will be a follow up date. A drop down with options, 5,7,10 days options and having the cell populate the future date with those would work fine

Column M(Followup Backup): When Column L(Followup flag) is changed, append the current flag & followup date with a ; delimiter. ex. followup_flag;followup_date

Column N(Notes): This will be enetered manually

Column O(Notes Date): This column should update automatically to todays date when column N(notes) is updated

Column P(Notes Backup): When the column N(notes) are changed, old notes are appended here with notes date with format notes;notes_date

Column Q(Last Modified Date): If anything changes in the row this cell should get updated to the current date
