I need an Argo Workflow template

I need someone that can create an argo workflow template in YAML format to call a bunch of SQL Stored Procedures in parallel and some sequential.
The DB user credentials should be parsed as a secret in the template.
First Step is a schedule to check if its end of day ie time of day, timzone, 7 days of the week.
if time is correct, proceed to the second step else stop
Second Step stop services - argo command to call sql stored procedure
services stopped ? yes continue else fail
Third Step take backup - argo command to call sql stored procedure. (run parallel, 2 sql servers)
stored procedure completed OK ? yes continue NO fail
Fourth Step indexing -argo command to call sql stored procedure (run parallel, 2 sql servers)
did indexing complete OK ? yes continue NO fail
Fifth Step Start services - argo command to call sql stored procedure
did services start OK ? yes End else fail

This template should be parametized so i can add in the actual Stored Procedure Names, timezone format etc.
