I need a website created from scratch

I would like a website built.

The easiest way to explain it is it will be similar to Airbnb. Only similar... it will still be very different to Airbnb and by no means as automated as they are. But 100s/1000s properties will need uploading by the owners/managers of the properties themselves. Uploads should be quick & easy to do. The properties will all have their own calendar to check availability and this will need to be synced with other calendars (eg Airbnb, Booking.com) using iCal. Actual bookings and payments for bookings, will NOT however, be handled by us. The only service we charge for and will take payment for, is to list a property on our website. The synced calendar is only so availability can be checked quickly.

That is the main gist of it. Other pages will include the usual home page, a property search facility/bar, blog page, etc.
