I need a software created

1. I need a programmer who can Design/Program a website traffic bot/software that can extract real users IP addresses with details of the IPs from group pages in my Facebook account when I login through the bot, to generate real traffic to websites/blog.

2. THE FRONT END OF THE BOT/SOFTWARE: The front End of the Bot should have SECTIONS just like the first image I uploaded, but with Facebook login space at the top( any corner).

*URL/AFFILIATE LINK OF WEBSITE/BLOG SECTION: This section should have the ability of adding up to 100 Websites/Blogs URLs, Affiliate links.

*SITES SETTINGS SECTION: Under the site settings section, create a button for each added site, so that when the button is being clicked, it opens a page that displays personal configuration buttons and input boxes for generating traffic. Also a "MINI DASHBOARD" that is displaying traffic activities going on that particular site/blog. Details of the traffic activities that should be displayed are: Site/blog/post address, affiliate links being visited, IP Address, Browser/Version, Facebook mobile App browser (for App users), Device/Version, Operating System/Version, city, state/province, Country, Network Provider, Facebook group page link, ads page links/address being clicked, etc. Also enable bot to automatically clear all traffic activities being displayed on the mini dashboard after total traffic has been given to that particular site for the day. Settings page should be similar to the second image I uploaded, but should have a mini dashboard just like the third image I uploaded.

*TOTAL NUMBER OF TRAFFIC SECTION: This should display total number of traffic for each site to receive base on each amount of traffic configured from selected countries/geo-locations in the “site settings section”, and also display the amount of traffic that has been given to that site (eg: 1000 as total traffic to be given/400 as amount of traffic already received) until it equals total number of traffic for each site/blog/affiliate link to receive. The total number figures should be clickable (eg: 1000/400) in other to display a drop down menu showing selected countries/geo-locations with individual amount of traffic for the site to receive from these countries.

*TOTAL NUMBER OF DAYS SECTION: This section should display total number of days each site should receive traffic as configured in site settings sections, and also display amount of days each site/blog/affiliate link has received traffic until it equals total number of days for such site/blog to receive traffic as being set.

* SITE CONTROL SECTION: Start/pause button, Stop button,Delete button

FACEBOOK LOGIN SPACE: Ability to login to my Facebook account from the Front End of the bot to fetch real users IP addresses and there details that are currently active online on all selected group page, Such details should include:
*country
*State/provinces
*City
*Device,Device Version, Device model (if possible)
*Internet Service Provider
*Operating System/Version
*Browser/version, Facebook mobile App (for App users)
*Facebook group page links

KEY FEATURES IN SITE SETTING PAGES:

*Ability to display total number of IP users online, extract them by selecting all or targeted countries and from any selected group page in my Facebook account on the mini dashboard.
*Ability to set min to max number of IPs to be used at the same time during traffic generation from the total amount extracted.
*Ability to set min and max time per secs to stay on site(s) per each IP user.
*Ability to set Min to Max number of pages/posts views for each IP on the site.
*Ability to surf pages/posts and scroll down.
*Ability to set Auto Mouse clicking on previous/next post on current posts.
*Ability to load all types of ads on the site and close all types of interstitial ads.
*Ability to set min to max percentage bounce rate (to be used only for previous used extracted IPs).
*Ability to set Auto accept all Cookie/privacy messages on the site.
*Ability to SAVE and EDIT configurations on the site settings page for each site.
*Traffic generation to each site/blog added should be programmed to run “OFFLINE” after being configured in each site settings and my PC has been shut down.

*Bot/software should be compatible with all windows Operating System/Version, Eg: Windows 10, 8, 7, vista, XP, etc, for smooth and effective running.
*All activities/details being displayed on the mini dashboards to the sites/blogs should be trackable on any website analytics. Eg: Google Analytics, etc.

NOTE:
The whole idea is to design/program a software that can extract real users IPs with their details to generate real organic "custom referral" traffic to any added Site/Blog on the bot, from selected Facebook group page in my Facebook account. Just as if i am advertising some sites/blogs on any group page in my Facebook Account and members are surfing on these site/blog and clicking on their pages/posts.
