General information for the website: Simple form request and result from web service
Num. of web pages/modules: 1
Description of every page/module: I have created a very simple form that will become part of a large web page to help calculate elements of one of our products.
The web service and the form already exist. I just need it tweaking to work properly - i can't currently get the form to output the result properly.
It's coded in PHP
