I need a simple application/product

General information for the business: Simple product development
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of every module: The product should be done using Java code and any extra's would be welcomed to complete the product as long as the main product functionality is to provide data that can be shown on a screen to customers.

The idea for this product is to create an application where the user will be able to sign in and data mine information from a mobile device. To make this product work, i am allow flexibility for the programmer to create how the project is intended to be and any other functionality/options that may come to mind will be talked over by the client.

-> GUI should be used to show the professionalism and interactivity of the product
-> There should be a login page/form where the user will need to sign in to log into the application/product
-> Connectivity between the login page to show where the information gets stored.
-> The main area should include functionality options of what the product can achieve.
-> Make sure the product is able to take information from an intended device and present it in a format that can be shown to customers and other intended audiences.
-> There should be a console where information could be put in so an output can be received to show information such as text/images/audit logs of times of information of the intended device to the console of the program that can be presented to anyone.
Description of requirements/functionality: Requirements/Functionality

-> The program is intended to capture evidentary material that can be used in evidence to a client to show what the person has been doing on there phone in the 'scene' of the crime. This scenario is used to the intentions of the product and what it will achieve
-> There should be basic security thus a login forum would be the best course of action to create a barrier between an attacker and someone trying to use the program for its intended purpose.
->Main programming ability should be able to retrieve information from a device and be able to present it in a professional format on a console or some kind of output that would make it easier to read to the client.
-> There should be tabs to other pages where it could show the users personal profile and information as well as audit logs on what the user has been doing whilst he has been on the application.
-> Audit logs will be the main feature as this shows the time/date of what the user has been doing so that information that can be data mined to show specific times and locations of the persons whereabouts, it would then be used to show an output of data of evidence gathered from a device.
-> Errors and any type of bugs should be fixed and tested so that the program doesn't have to go through any bugsplats.

Extra Notes:
This program needs to be simple to use and that the code that is written down should be commented and formatted in a way that can be presentable to the stakeholders who are looking into the project.

There would be further conversation on the functionality/requirements section to make it clearer between buyer and seller.
