I need a Python developer for solving captcha images

I'm seeking a proficient Python developer who can create a model capable of solving text-based CAPTCHA images using TensorFlow.

Key Project Details:
- The primary goal is to develop a model that can successfully solve text-based CAPTCHAs with a high accuracy rate.
- The model should be implemented in Python, as per my preference, and employ TensorFlow as the core framework.

Ideal Skill Set:
- Proficiency in Python is mandatory, given the project's language requirement.
- A strong understanding of machine learning principles, particularly in the context of image recognition and solving CAPTCHAs.
- Previous experience with TensorFlow is highly preferred.

The text in captcha image is like math operations in Persian/Farsi and the outcome should be the result of the operation. A sample image was attached.
Note that the goal of this project is to develop a model that can accurately solve text-based CAPTCHA images, so a strong background in this area is crucial.
I already have a dataset of approximately 1500 captcha images.
