I need a professional web designer for PHP who is expert at graphics design.

I have a basic webpage at www.puncturesafebusiness.co.uk it is clean and well laid out subject to some images changes shortly.
It is a basic design to give information. I need a talented and artistic web designer who can make that page look outstanding with a very creative re-design of the existing layout using the same information to make that home page stand out. At present it is layered, one image on top of another so it needs to be set out differently to give it a WOW factor. How? I do not know, I am looking for someone who knows what the page needs, and offer a few ideas.
I do not want to change from the PHP it is currently in to another, I just want the present page looking GOOD.
I do not want an ultra modern look which covers the whole of the screen, I like the present layout in the middle of the screen with a background.
It will then be my intention at a later date to re-design all the other pages with the same look as the new home page.

I have attached a mockup of an idea how the page could progress with lots of white areas with text to accompany images to make the images smaller.
