I need a Professional and Experienced Developer

I have created a digital Marketing Tool for football clubs for which I already have a click dummy (prototype) however I'm now looking for a developer which will be able to turn this prototype in a MVP (Minimum Viable Product). This means that the tool will fully function and will be able to engage with fans, collect and store data and use this data to create segmentation groups. The tools is best described as a mixture of: Facebook, Google Analytics and MailChimp (or any other Email Marketing Tool).

THE PROJECT:
1. Start date is January 2021
2. It needs to be a fully functioning tool
3. I need your technical help to provide me a suggestion how and where to deploy this tool
4. Because I haven't worked with you I want to have unlimited revisions on functionality to ensure the tool is working properly according to my wishes.

DESIGNER REQUIREMENTS
1. I need an experienced developer who can do Front and Back end developing
2. You need to have a minimum rating of 5
3. This project needs to be finalized within 6 - 8 weeks

I have added 2 screenshots from the tool and a Word document to give you an indication of the project however I understand that this is not enough. Before accepting your offer we will first have a Zoom call where I can show you the complete tool and explain what is needed so that we both understand the project and are happy with the budget I want to spend.
