I need a profesional experienced PHP programmer

I need a programmer who can create a series of scripts that can walk throught some webpages and extract, parse, sort and normalize data, to store into a database.

This series of scripts must be made using best oop practice to let me, in the future, keep adding more website to extract data.

In a beginin we will extract data from almost 4 websites.

It must parse website, so you must know how to navigate websites using curl since they don't have any api to extract data.

You must be capable of using techniques like download, navigate html's, find in dom using selectors, etc.

I got an ERD with all database definition we must fill.

It must be a plus if you can talk spanish so we can better understand what we are doing.
