Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: A login button on my existing home page
A files and folders page, personalized to every client. (Where they upload and download data) and can see a half screen view of the file selected at the time. No admin rights

Description of requirements/features: How it will fit into my business is like this:
I will create a new client and email them from the website automatically, this email will inform them of their login details.
I will create a new client and email them from the website automatically, this email will inform them of their login details.
When I create a new client I will be assigning a folder for that company. The folder name will be the either the job number or job name, this will be the master folder for everything about that job.
When the master folder is created it automatically creates an inbox and outbox folder underneath it. The inbox folder is where all the data I upload to that client will go. The outbox folder is where any data the client uploads me will go.
As I will have admin rights I will be making additional folders under each clients name as the project progresses.
There will need to be an optional comment section for each file that the client can write something about. i.e they may send me a zip file and then the comment could say attached are the photos and of the broken switch.
CMS and Admin requirements: The upload and download files function must be able to do single and multiple files at a time.
The log in function must be encrypted and passwords contain a mixture of letters numbers and characters for validation. (Minimum 8 characters password)
The complete finished look of the website must follow the current theme.
I expect to own the code when your finished and you will be required to provide me with a pdf copy before final payment.
