I need a macro to sort an excel file into a useable format.

Hello,

I am looking for some assistance in order to automate some data entry in excel. At the moment we receive a large chunk of data that needs to be split into several smaller chunks so we can deal with it. In summary it will need to do the following:

Kid sales

It needs to search for the word child in the master sheet and then take the order number from the cell next door. Then find the line with the sale or refund related to this order and then post it to a data chunk.

There will be situations where an order is made of both kids and adult stuff. In this case the macro will need to move it to a data chunk for manual review.

EU Sales

The Macro needs to search for the word tax and then take the order number from the cell 2 to the left. Then find the line with the sale or refund related to this order and then post it to a data chunk. It needs to move the line with the word tax in it into a separate data chunk.

Other transactions

Lastly it needs to sort the data into data chunks based on fees, marketing and other sales by searching the word and splitting them out ie the remaining transactions that are fees all have the word fee in them.

Final result should be several pieces of data that we can easily use the sum function on and import. There may be transactions that do not match one of the options and this is fine.

I understand that this explanation is not the best explanation however a dummy set of data will be provided along with this final result based on our manual work to assist.
