I need a Latency Arbitrage Expert / EA (FIX API to MT4) or FIX API to FIX API

General information for the business: We trade on the foreign exchange and CFDs markets
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: We need to find the fastest price feed/Market Data for FX pairs to be in front of slower broker (Example FXCM). In this case if this were achieved then this robot would work for many other brokers. If you have experience you would know that FXCM have 14+ Liquidity providers so it is quiet hard to find "Toxic Feed" within their FX Price Stream. If there is a expert out here that is experienced in this area PLEASE add me and lets work on this project or at least talk. I am interested if you have any other proposals for me e.g Two Leg Arbitrage etc. Or FIX API profitable algorithm I am willing to pay fixed prices or negotiate time. I have been trading Latency Arb for 4 Years now and looking to expand further with faster more reliable brokers. I do have access to Currenex , Hotspot, FXALL, and much more DMA fast market data.
