I need a custom WooCommerce Plugin

General information for the business: We sell fitness clothing for women
Description of requirements/functionality: We are looking for someone who can create a custom plugin for our WooCommerce store.
We are looking for a friend referral plugin where both the referrer and the referee get a £20 gift card once the referee has placed an order. The current WooCommerce plugins only allow you to send the referee a discount code and then give the referrer a gift card when the referee placed an order. There is no scope of customising the offer.
We would need the plugin would have to be fully automated, generating the gift card codes with the revelant information automatically.
The plugin would also have to be completed in line with our branding, this is to include pop-up windows, emails, etc.
